OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your Nalgene as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly as possible, generally withing 24 business hours once the order is placed.

Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed.

All parcels we send out use track and trace facilities, and does not require a signature on delivery by default. You will receive tracking to your supplied email address. As all our orders are shipped by Australia Post, we suggest installing the Australia Post App for detailed delivery updates.

Orders $50 and up qualify for free shipping, all orders under $50 will be charged a flat fee of $6.95. If you wish to receive you order quicker, there is also an Express option that has a flat fee of $9.95.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. Shipping will be via Australia Post, transit times can be calculated at the below link:

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes - All our shipments are sent via Australia Post, PO Boxes are not a problem.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

No - We only sell and ship to Australia.

Will I receive a notification when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking deails once your order has shipped.
